Terrible place to live. I have lived here for several years and it gets worse and worse every year. You pay for location. Thinks break all the time. In the last two days, all of the elevators went down and people had to walk up the stairs (often more than 20 flights). When you complain, management could care less. They seem annoyed when you complain. One of them said "I'm sorry you are so unhappy" when I commented on how frustrated I am. The air conditioning goes down often and you have to live in the Miami heat while they "work on it." If you need something after hours, forget it. It is very difficult to get ahold of anyone after hours. Your rent will go up every year. The money clearly doesn't go into keeping the building maintained. We recently had a flood and the entire lobby was like a war zone for a few weeks. With the exception of one person in the office, everyone else is not helpful at all. The package pickup system is a pain as well. This building is very overpriced and things will break down often. Live somewhere else as this place is terrible.
