Miscommunications all around. Couldnt get me keys until 10:30 for an 8am elevator reservation. Then apartment was being cleaned. I was also told someone would provide me a code to get into my apartment but I didn't get that for hours and no one was responsive to my requests. The leasing office locked their door and were inaccessible for 2 hours. Didn't follow up until 2 days later. Eventually got maintenance to help. Overall didn't get good guidance on the move, every piece of it seemed to have internal miscommunications in the building
