Beware - I was a happy tenant here (except the tennis court being in terrible shape). Then they towed my scooter along with non-resident vehicles, and a $700 ramp was stolen from my parking space. When I tried to communicate with on-site and then head office staff, they said they'd "Look into it." Then they wanted a final payment (after most of the accounts were settled) of $800. My towing fee alone was $300. I argued with them, and they sold the account to a debt collector. Not to mention they've been promising to resurface the tennis court for over 5 years and it's still in terrible condition. So... be careful!
