DO NOT LIVE HERE! I cannot stress this enough. In my opinion, they are unethical, dishonest, crooked and totally unprincipled. If you decide to do business with Aimco, you will regret it. While the complex itself has major issues, you will most certainly be taken advantage of after you move out. They will attempt to charge you for items that are their responsibility as landlord. I, along with others I know, are having to take matters to legal hands. They have no respect for their loyal tenants. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AIMCO.
