MUST READ BEFORE MOVING THIN WALLS You can hear residents through the walls, ceilings, and floors. I complained at least 5 times, but the leasing office did nothing about it. DIRTY COMMON AREAS Residents leave trash in common areas frequently, especially when people move out. This is a serious issue on weekends bc the cleaning crew is not working. POOL The small outdoor pool is never cleaned and left uncovered through all seasons. WORST OF ALL RODENTS There is a rodent issue at the outdoor trash receptacle. PARKING In September 2023, they implemented paid guest parking spots. There are only 2 real guest parking spots for the community. The other 3 spots are for retail parking from 8-5 pm. Since September (It is now APRIL) you have to remove the parking scanner from your car and walk outside the gate to let your guest in. The call box does not work to open the gate. PROPERTY MANAGER I complained to the property manager Richard Derby, but instead of contacting me back (as he said he would by email) he asked a leasing agent to talk to me weeks later. The property value was better prior to them letting Jay (old leasing agent) go. MAINTENANCE (POSITIVE) The only positives I have are that my unit is nice and maintenance is quick to respond to needs and friendly, but the building itself needs work.
