Management here ignores everything - 0/5 stars. I've moved out of a unit I am unfortunately still paying for due to health and mold concerns. The wall in my unit was rotting the entire time I lived there (still rotting currently), and my service requests were left pending for multiple months, only to be later canceled. I resubmitted, and all they managed to do was paint the wall. The water issue and mold problems still persist. I resubmitted again, and the requests got canceled. This apartment complex and leasing company will do anything to make a profit. I will update this review if I ever receive an email response from the management team. (Please no generic "we are so sorry" corporate/leasing responses to this review from a leasing team that does not even work on the property, thank you). (Update I have yet to receive a response from the management team)
