Beware of this place I was scammed out of my security deposit to hold the apartment for $1000 with a move in date of late July. I was in contact with Michaela Melendez (240) 220 - 0482. I was not able to move in and promised a refund, however every time I contacted her and the leasing office she had multiple excuses of either being on vacation or thinking that it already been taken care of. I was patient with her and all involved parties throughout this process even waited a week after she said she would return from vacation. When I tried to reach out again my number was blocked. I then asked close family and friends to reach out to her and her voice mailbox is full. It is now October and I still have not received a refund nor any contact from her or the leasing office.
