Do not live here! The workers have no problem harassing residents and the management refuses to hold them accountable. There is a huge pest issue and you can hear them in the walls at night. The building smells awful and the attempts to mask the smell through excessive scent sprays are disgusting. The amenities are decent but are not maintained well at all. Maintenance will simply walk into your apartment unannounced as they please and will leave a mess. There have been some great concierge people here but the turnover is so high, those who replace them are horrible and unprofessional. The package system is atrocious and you will likely lose a few packages with no remorse or help from the awful management here. The elevators have been broken for months and I have seen people get stuck in the elevators for hours. Workers will open your packages and steal from you! Vaughan Place is the only apartment building that makes you pay extra money to get your own mail and packages. Do not live here! Jay and Michaela can't do their basic jobs and they will try to scam you.
