They will be really nice to you during the showing process but once you move in they treat you with utter contempt if you ask for anything. The community manager "jay" in particular is a very unfriendly fellow who is fond of bad mouthing residents and airing their business in the common areas, which is kind of laughable as I believe he can probably only afford to live here as part of his employment but he makes lots of signs, avoids dealing with residents concerns, and sends lots of threatening emails so the corporation that owns the property probably likes him. The package room is nice, there looks to be a decent pool, and its a decent location so hopefully someone better suited to community management will be hired soon.
