I have been very displeased by my experience at Vaughn Place. A few highlights from the last few months: - 20% rent increase -Leaking roof that took over a month to address - Loss of multiple packages - Elimination of the metro shuttle service - Poor insulation that causes different areas of the apartment to have extreme changes in heating -No notice of construction activity, making it consistently challenging to work from home In general I've had positive experiences with the maintenance staff, so giving an extra star for that.
