This apartment complex is genuinely awful. Extremely overpriced, maintainence rarely replies, there is a rat and cockroach infestation you can hear the rats in the walls and on the ceiling at night. The management is very rude and useless. The front glass door is broken. The concierge is never around and the package system is genuinely the worst thing ever. It takes over a week from a package being delivered to it actually coming in your hand. The management excuse is that there is new concierge talent who can't handle the amount of packages, well then they should hire more. Save your 2000+ plus a month and pick a better apartment complex plenty in the area that are cheaper provide more amenities and actually value their tenets not just view them as walking $$$$
