Don't waste your money. I'll just share the review they asked me for after my last request for service. Terrible management overall. My review is not for the technician but for AIR "communities". In fact, as this building has a history of mismanagement, discrimination, and outward hostility towards residents I have little doubt maintenance was more than likely told told specifically to not replace appliances in our unit. Meanwhile, unsafe and apparently non permitted construction suddenly takes over the public areas of the building with no warning, elevators and parking areas only half work, side entrances are left open for anyone to wander into the building with no security protocols whatsoever, etc, etc. My only real service request now is will you let us out of our lease without penalty to exploit someone else? You make money off of us yet provide nothing you advertise in return. Much better communities at better rates just blocks away. EDIT- This Susan person that answers reviews does not actually live or work here, unless they hide somewhere on sight and never email or speak to residents? I've never seen or met them and have lived here for 5 years. If they were indeed here, it'd be pretty easy to figure out who I am. Further, this type of uncaring, overtly untruthful response is exactly what I'd expect from this company. AIR Communities is the epitome of the unscrupulous investment/development groups that plague the DC housing market.
