Absolutely atrocious apartment complex with the worst organization and management I have ever witnessed. I've had over one thousand dollars of packages gone missing from concierge (one of which took 6 MONTHS to get reimbursed). I went without a washer and dryer for over a month! I've had maintenance straight up lie about repairing broken things. My AC broke three times over the summer - and once, it took over a week for someone to even look at it, and another week to be fixed! Anytime you need to speak to management, they will say what you want to hear, then never get back to you. Took me 3 weeks to get an email back in regards to negotiating my lease, but now I'm over it and am moving. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
