I lived here for two years and made every single payment on time. When I moved out, the several hundred dollars in my account was never refunded to me. Many phone calls and emails over the course of over three months were ignored. Per DC law, I should have received a check within 45 days, but it has now been over three months with no email or phone call from anyone. Nichole is impossible to get ahold of and does not answer emails. Maybe it's the constant management turnover, or maybe it's just negligence, but either way, don't expect to get your deposit back. The number they're giving in their response to negative reviews is the same front desk number I've been calling for months. The receptionist answers, and nobody else is ever in the office to answer questions or help with this issue (or several others I had during my time living there).
