Very rude leasing staff. Keshia in particular. Edited to add...I've actually called the number below and that's where your associate answered and was rude. No point continuing that conversation. I asked to speak to someone else and there were no other options. If you'd like to work on customer service and help folks looking for apartments you are going to need to work with your staff on how to deal with folks who are stressed apt hunters and may not know the idiosyncrasies of your system. There are plenty of other buildings who are much more polite, helpful and understand that folks new to the area or looking may not know exactly how each building works.
