Leasing office staff have been ignoring multiple request to communicate regarding a rent over payment. Vaughan Place has a significant amount of our money and is giving us the run around. Lease is over, apartment, vacated and clean. If rent was late, they had no problem charging late fees, but now when the shoe is on the other foot, they are ignoring calls and emails and pushing us off. They owe us a month's rent! Nicole is horrible to work with and is giving us the run around. This is completely unacceptable. Rent somewhere else! DC is a big city with plenty of other options.
