I'm a current resident and have lived here for 11 months. When everything is working, this is a fine place to live. God help you if you need any kind of maintenance - or are trying to pick up a package when Aaron isn't there. Aaron is great. Repair and maintenance requests often take 7 to 10 days to process and complete. We've had situations in the past where maintenance has said they've completed repairs, but we'd been home all day and knew that wasn't true. Unfortunately, in the 11 months we've lived here, we've needed a lot of repairs. So we've spent a lot of time without working toilets, sinks, washers, dryers and air conditioning - in addition to the ant and pest problems that seem to plague several of the units. Our HVAC unit has been blowing hot air (even when we turn it off) into our unit for 10 days. Temperatures climbed into the 90s outside last week, which means it was even hotter inside with our heat permanently turned on. We were forced to leave. We've been told repeatedly maintenance workers are on their way, but they never show up. We're not sure when we can get back home. The maintenance workers and most of the front desk employees are genuinely pleasant people. The issue seems to be with management, who is difficult to get ahold of and is seldom responsive to residents. If you choose to move here, I would try to confirm with management that necessary repairs have been completed prior to your move. It was very clear to us very early, as things started to break, that a proper inspection hadn't been completed. Don't expect much response from management once you've moved in here, so ask as many questions as you can while they're responsive to you and before you give them your deposit.
