Vaughan Place switched management companies several months ago. Now tenants have to contend with rude staff, concierge taking personal calls, and missing packages. Don't expect service with a smile... saccharine with a hint of sarcasm at best... but often just barely masked contempt (maybe they think we are too stupid to pick up on it as long as they smile?). They also continue to hike on tenants and seem unable to resolve continuing ant problems.
