As most of the reviews mention, management is HORRIBLE!! There is ZERO communication with residents. They do not reply to any emails or call back when leaving a message. We were told the pool would be opening Memorial Day weekend. Well it has been two weekends past and the pool is not open, there has been NO communication. We have sent 4+ emails with no response. Meanwhile it is very hot out and the neighboring apartment community is enjoying their pool. A few months back they said it was required to have the fireplaces in the units tested. A massive hole was cut into our wall, which then required us to schedule repairs separately, our apartment was full of smoke, and it was a huge disruption to our day. We were not told at all what this would entail. We were supposed to receive a certification from this test and whether or not the fireplace would be able to be used within 2 weeks after the test. It is now 3 months with no certification and no response from management after several emails and calls. They just do their own thing going against CDC guidelines during the pandemic. Requiring workers to enter your apartment for various things such as the smoke test, evaluations, audits etc. They limited when packages could be picked up in the middle of the pandemic making it so large groups of people would be gathered in the lobby waiting for packages because they only allowed package pickup at the most inconvenient times. Does it make sense to not let people pick up packages between 12-1pm (when people may be on lunch break), or from 5-7pm (when people are coming home from work passing by the mail room)? The list goes on and I could give many more examples. It is really too bad because the neighborhood and location is great, but the management is just incompetent and they don't care about the residents.
