Not worth the money, constant water problems, never know if it will work or not. Storage was so bad my clothes not in a special bag all became all moldy and I Told Mgmt and they did nothing for a yr to fix it. Fire alarms constantly goes and no solutions provided for elder parent to evacuate. Treat renters crappy and constantly chance rules in favor of 1/2% that are owners. Let go of some of there own people and gave them ten days to move out. Parking now sucks because more people are coming to local food and retail spots. Gee now with no notice at all when I unfortunately ONLY renewed as I searched for house they have started charging for water, "trash and sewage. No notice just showed up on lease. Be very careful and read lease line by line. The method of billing, a mystery completely and affected by other lazy people that leave piggy messes around or by fools that leave water running and flood apart So, single source of recycling ends up as a total stinking mess. They have one small container for recycling and it is seemingly always full which means a mess like photo.
