Do not move into this property! My husband and I lived there for over a year and it was absolutely horrible. We paid all of our rent/utilities on time!! Then, when moving out, we could never get anyone in the management (Michelle Swenson) office on the phone. They ended up telling us the wrong amount of prorated rent to pay. Which we paid. And then the next property manager (KIM HUNTER!) reached out to us (MONTHS after we moved out) to pay a different amount. We tried multiple times to call/email and she ignored us and I think even blocked my email address, THEN REPORTED US TO A CREDITOR. I don't think Kim Hunter realizes how big of a deal that is for people trying to buy homes and pay rent during hard times like Covid. A hit to your credit is a BIG deal. The fact she wouldn't return multiple calls and emails is awful. I have in writing (which I sent to her) the amount Michelle Swenson said to pay. Additionally, these are all the other things that went wrong. 1. My husbands mountain bike was stolen out of a LOCKED bike room, when asked how this happened, couldn't get an answer and they never reimbursed us. 2. In general, you can never get anyone on the phone, no one from their leasing or management office is EVER there or EVER works. 3. Packages are frequently lost/stolen. 4. There were cockroaches and other bugs constantly in the apartment and no one to speak to to come spray. 5. The gym is DISGUSTING and during Covid there were never any wipes and people unmasked. Zero enforcement of Covid rules. Moving to this place was a nightmare, I assure you, it is not worth the seemingly cheaper rent.
