Management is horrible. We are owed quite a bit of money and are being given the run around. Nicole in the leasing office is ignoring our calls and emails. Dishonest & rude. Renters beware! Rent somewhere else! DC has plenty of other apartments buildings that won't rob you Interesting that NOW you are willing to help once we put up bad reviews. Up until now, you've been ignoring our calls to the very number you wrote in your response. We'll call, maybe now you will actually get us our money back! STILL NO RESPONSE from Vaughn Place, except here on Yelp! Nichole is never there when we call, or she is "on a tour". The desk people just give you the run around when you ask to talk to someone else in charge then! STAY AWAY from this community, they will rob you. Filed complaint with BBB.
