I currently live here and yes we are in the pandemic, but in less than 6 months living here: broken water heater (AJ fixed this - if he had the power, everything would be instantly fixed), broken microwave and broken A/C unit. Our apartment is 80s inside at all times and despite emailing and calling management, no response. So we are paying full rent for a sweaty apartment with no replies to our emails or our calls. Otherwise we love it here. Wish everything went smoother.
