We lived in Vaughan Place for about 6 years. Always paid rent on time. We moved out this March. Has been roughly three months since. We still have not received rent refund from Vaughan Place. We reached out numerous times. There are no responses in the last three attempts. We understand that there would be delay due to COVID-19. However, no reply to emails on multiple accounts is not acceptable. Plus, we deserved to know when the refund check will arrive. I would not recommend Vaughan Place for the poor management.
