The combination of paper-thin walls and large numbers of younger residents (who, if they are not college students, act like college students) is not a good one for noise levels. While the units themselves are nice, the noise detracts from the enjoyment you might actually get out of them. Even when the neighbors aren't constant partyers, ordinary conversations are quite audible from unit to unit. Also, as other reviewers have noted, there are serious ant problems in some of the smaller buildings. Not a luxury experience for a working adult.
