This is not the place you want to be. One of my neighbors had his ceiling cave him from water damage. A young kid who works hard, paid his rent on time, and liked by everyone. Everything in his apartment was destroyed from the water damage. His sofa, bed, all of his belongings. For two weeks, Vaughn Place said they were going to fix his ceiling. Nobody came until he gave notice, and they realized they needed to fix things to get a new tenant. Add to that the loud construction work that us, the rest of his neighbors, then had to listen to. Other people who live here have moved because of the paper thin walls and shoddy construction, which makes this place very difficult to live if you are someone who values their sleep and tranquility. Best advice: Don't even think of renting here. And one last thing: There are some positive reviews up here, but they all seem to be written by the same person or all with a similar style of writing-- and written from places miles away from the apartment themselves-- lending a reasonable person to believe that they have been written by a Vaughn place employee.
