I've been here for 6 months. Fabulous apartment in terms of granite countertops, soundproofing, good location. Work orders have been completed promptly. Shuttle to metro is always on schedule. However, my bicycle was stolen from inside the camera monitored bike cage, in which it was locked properly and securely. Secondly, packages are never delivered on time. I had an important one delivered via UPS but it took them 2 days to find it to give to me. Then the power has gone out twice in two months. There aren't any guidelines on smoking, so now with warmer weather my downstairs neighbor's second hand smoke wafts in my window. Considering I'm paying for a luxury apartment, I expect to be getting luxury service.
