Stay as far away as possible. Vaughan Place is the absolute definition of superficial features with no substance. The maintenance staff, front desk staff, and concierge staff are surly and rude - as if you asking to pick up a package or bothering them with a question is some sort of an imposition. The leasing office is pretty much non-existent - they keep a skeletal staff that maybe only has single person in the office at a given time, and they never return phone calls or emails making it difficult to find someone EVEN WHEN YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO GIVE THEM MONEY. The maintenance staff is either incompetent or lack the proper tools/materials necessary to do a job - every single fix is a band-aid fix that lasts a month or two if you're lucky... or if you have an insect problem (ants, beatles, silverfish, etc.) they will just throw down a couple of glue traps and call it a job well done. And all for the 10% YOY increase in rent from the prior year. You're going to tour this place and you're going to meet someone nice, who will give you a tour of a gorgeous apartment, in an amazing area, for an expensive but reasonable price. Two months after you move in, that person you meet will be impossible to find and rude when you do, that apartment will be falling apart at the seams, and they'll be coming to you with a substantial rent hike a year out, banking on the fact that the hassle of moving will keep you there... so heed my advice and don't move-in in the first place.
