I would give this place 0 stars if that was an option. I completely agree with the other comments posted below with regards to the property mangers. Take your business somewhere else to someone who will appreciate it more! It has become so bad I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have lived at Vaughn Place for almost 3 years. The first year was amazing. However, when the apartment complex got new management it went downhill from there. Last summer they decided to add "gates" at the community for "safety" reasons because people were parking on the grounds without permission. Maybe the gates were good in concept but there has been VERY POOR EXECUTION! In installing the gates they also raised the price of parking for resident, WITH NO NOTICE, and started charging for guest passes all in the name of safety. WORSE OF ALL, last week when a trash pin caught on FIRE, the FIRE TRUCK COULD NOT GET IN though the gates because NO ONE answered the "buzzer." ... some protection those things are. The package notification system is by far the worst concept that has ever been put together. For the last nine months I have only received prompt and timely notification of 1 package, out of the approximately 30 I've had delivered. They have literally told me on numerous occasions that they didn't have a package for me, despite the fact that I had received delivery conformation from UPS, USPS, Fed Ex etc... Think of how embarrassing it is to have a friend send you a late gift for your birthday and then call you a month later only to ask why you've never said thank you. The final straw was when I received a surprise package of perishable food that clearly indicated there was perishable food inside on JUNE 20TH, and I was NOT NOTIFIED UNTIL JULY 3RD!!!!! Let's see if they will replace the package I received almost 2 weeks late that is no long good. To make matters worse the management has been overall non responsive to these issues. As a result of their utter lack of care and respect for their residents I would NOT recommend this place even to my dog. DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!
