Unfortunately, the property managers are completely unresponsive and blatantly uncaring. They're nice to your face a time or two but in the +5 months I've lived here I've had several experiences where I've needed their guidance or help in some way and absolutely nothing has been done. Due to their negligence I did not receive mail for the first 5 months of living here. The property is beautiful, the units are great, and the neighbors are lovely, but the management is downright disgraceful. It'd be better to be an owner here and not have to go through them to get anything taken care of. It's a bummer.
