This place is disgusting. After living here for over two years, I am so glad I got out. STAY AWAY. The staff is incredibly rude. They have people at the entrance who will stare at you blankly when you say hello. If you go down for a simple request (for example, asking the shuttle schedule) they react as if you have bothered them. And their package service? It is a DISASTER. I do not understand how a "luxury" condominium could have such terrible package management. If you order rush shipping, for example, and pay extra to receive your important package the next day - be prepared to wait another day just to have the package sorted by Vaughan Place. You will receive the packaged arrived notification from, say UPS, and wait 6-8 hours to go down and ask for a package you know arrived, only to learn it still has not been sorted and be told not to bother them until you receive a confirmation email from Vaughan Place. It is incomprehensible that a condominium can have a package system as poor is this and not care one bit. Oh, and I have seen people step in dog poo and walk down the hall, and it won't be cleaned up for two weeks. All the management cares about is how the lobby looks, how to get new people to sign. I have lived in 4 complexes in DC now, and Vaughan Place was BY FAR the WORST. Leaving was the best decision I ever made.
