Save yourself, do not move in to this terrible building! We have lived here for almost 2 years and loved the first 18 months. Not sure what has happened but it now feels like living in a disgusting college dorm. Trash lines the hallways when the lazier tenants don't feel like making the 100 foot walk to the trash chute. Though, even if trash makes it to the chute, it doesn't always get into the trash bin; most mornings you can count on having to step over bags of trash (and even a blood-soaked pillow one lucky morning!) to get your own bag down the chute. Everybody smokes in their apartments and the food and trash smells have led to a worsening roach problem. Stay away!!!! We are locked into a lease and it feels like prison!!
