Generally a nice place to live, good neighbors, nice staff who are willing to work for their tenants and who support them. Nothing to do with the local staff is this: the complex is overpriced ,as are many places these days thanks to larger holdings of out of state managers and the algorithms so many management companies are using (and for which they are being sued, but that is another issue). In this case, at Verdant, my issue right now is that not only is the place expensive, but there is construction weekly - most of it necessary repairs, not upgrades that add to the enhancement of living here. Very disappointing to hear noise so often for so long, or be asked to be out of my apartment without getting a discount or rebate, even if they allowed me to live in another apartment for 7 days while the stairs were being replaced. The environment is nice and the location is good. Some people might not care about the noise but I do.
