Water pressure weak, security is non existent, tree's blocks lighting, need to do better on trash areas. Old complex, wooden staircase is in need of repair and painting. Parking lot asphalt is crumbling. Office staff is working hard, polite and professional. The issues stems from ownership not on site working staff.
