Carpet baggers and part of the reason rents are unreasonable in Boulder. They'll nickel and dime you every chance they get. After rent, they'll charge you for parking and electricity for the entire compound. Non of the extra fees and costs are presented up front. buyer beware. I suggest staying as far away as possible.
