Don't sign a lease unless you're prepared to live here forever. Their "60 day notice" policy makes it impossible to sign a lease on a different place when you have the desire to leave due to constantly rising rents on the same apartments. At this point we're only staying because we're pretty much forced into it. They gave us the rent increase 4 days past the 60 day notice window, and then a few days to decide. So if we wanted to move, we could either take a chance of not having a place to live if we didn't find something else, or paying a huge "month to month" fine. Apartment is ok and amenities are fine, but owners are a giant corporation who don't care about residents. Ownership and management changes every couple months, so get used to dealing with new people who can only answer to the corporate owners who don't care.
