Pay more ... for less. They've recently increased their prices in order to fund mediocre improvements that I did not get to enjoy. The pool and hot tub were closed the entire year during which I lived here and there were other construction inconveniences too. On the upside the staff is kind and they are dog-friendly. I recommend this place if you have a dog, you are cool with empty promises of amenities , and you like to overpay. Oh and you have to pay all utilities including shared electricity and gas for common areas.
