This property has really gone downhill with respect to the management. The management team is never on property and is impossible to reach. If not for the gate guards and maintenance guys (who are great) living here would feel like riding in a poorly built autonomous car. Management forces residents to pay $75/resident/year (per resident, not per unit) for a package service that is spotty at best. If there is an issue with accessing a package that was delivered to one of the lockers, the package service tells you to contact property management. If you manage to get ahold of property management, they will then tell you that they can't do anything and you should probably contact the shipper and tell them the package wasn't delivered. God help you if you have a lease that is 6 or 18 months because they will just continue to charge you for the package service in 12 month increments and tell you that you need to reach out to the package service and work it out with them. And for reference, I've had this same package service at other properties and have never been charged for it. This property has decided that instead of having to manage receiving packages, which would require someone to be on property daily and during regular hours, they would rather have a package service (which is fine) and have tenants pay the additional cost (which is not fine).
