I have been stranded in the elevator over 6 times. The help button on the elevator doesn't work. I literally have to take the steps each time I need to leave or enter the building. I recently spoke to another tenant who uses a walking aid- she told me she was stranded at one point for 30 minutes!!!! In addition, your delivered package isn't safe. The staff leaves your package in an unlocked room during business hours so anyone can pick up any box they please. If your items get missing, the building isn't responsible for it. Years ago, there was a security guard who made sure the proper tenant got their package and signed for it during off work hours. These days, the only way you can access your delivered package from the aforementioned room (provided it hasn't been stolen already) is by waiting until the leasing office opens for business. This is such a hassle for working professionals who keep a 9-5. Finally, when you raise a concern instead of being proactive by reaching out to you, the team sends you a number to call. If that's not the worst model for customer service then I don't know what is. If you see entirely serious about the well-being and general concerns of your tenants, call them and rectify the issue! The issue here is an indication of how poorly run the property company is. This post doesn't reflect the workers who have little say in how things work. In all honestly, Kyree, Bruce, and Clev have oftentimes gone above and beyond for me but this doesn't address the polices in how packages are held or the broken elevator...or the smell of weed on my floor each weekend (but that's a story for another day) Great location, good view of the city. Poor operation for the price you pay.
