living at waterford village for approx. 7 yrs with my wife...we have no pets we don't use drugs and we don't smoke cigarettes. the Lease clearly indicates that this is a SMOKE FREE PROPERTY...however marijuana and more specifically cigarette second hand smoke is rampant...management DOES NOTHING ABOUT addressing this second hand smoke hazard...instead the management (jenever) gave US a notice that they will NOT allow us to extend our stay here...upon the termination of our lease the management will not renew our lease...this was a retaliatory action by the rental office (jenever) because we sent her a certified letter complaining about the cigarette second hand smoke... This February... our 2019 HINDA ACCORD was maliciously vandalized (unprovoked) we don't know who did it...we don't have any issues with neighbors we mind our own business...the Bridgewater police Dept. responding officer stated that he has never seen such violent and a malicious attack on a vehicle. we lived here enduring dirty tap water...dog feces all over the property... and with exceedingly rude and a lying manager (jenever)...we are moving out this august.
