UPDATE. Ive been emailing customer care which is no help. They keep giving my 73 year old mother the runs arounds about her security deposit. The LAW states you have 45 days to return someone security deposit. AGAIN PLEASE DONT APPLY OR MOVE THERE. MICHELLE AND EVERYONE ELSE is a liars. She gave michelle in willow her security deposit on 9/20/2023. It is now 11/30/2023. Two months later... mother applied for willow bend on 9/20/2023. She had to pay $750.00 on 9/20/2023. deposit up front. Needless to say she didn't move in the apartment and they have yet to refund my mother her money. Sad Michelle in the office have every excuse why she hasn't gotten her security deposit back. BEWARE!!!
