I just moved in on Saturday and on Monday all the roaches have come out. This is my worst nightmare!!!! Update: The property manager was extremely helpful and understanding about the situation and assured me the entire apartment complex does not have a pest issue. Maintenance team did a walk thru and called the exterminator. I decide to have some faith and moved into another unit on the other side of the property and haven't had an issue with any type of pests.
