I was in Willow Bend in 2017-2018. It was a nightmare to say the least, because there is 0 soundproofing you hear everything from the hallways to your up and downstairs neighbors. The worst part was when we moved out they give you the option to get their cleaning or get our own. I got a cleaner and the place was spotless. However, during inspection they actually looked behind the gas stove to find a dirty spot to charge us $100 from our deposit for the cleaning. The terms of the contract says return the apartment in the same condition which we did, no one checks behind gas stove and cabinets to check if it's dirty upon move in. Reading thru the recent reviews it looks like they will find every excuse nowadays to charge extra here and there. If your reading this, let me do you the favor by saying stay away!
