Excessive tenant fees. Predatory cancellation fees (3 Months plus over $1000 in other fees). Was encouraged to *not* clean my apartment before I left. I imagine this is so that they can charge cleaning fees for anything they deem not from general wear without my being there to dispute. Dog park is not fenced. Pros: (For units that have it) I enjoyed the little backyard area for my pet. Nice flowers and groundwork
