Be very careful when you fill out the walk through application as they will charge you for everything nail hole/scratch. You are responsible for all of the yard maintenance during the winter, fall, and, spring. They mow "once a week"in the summer. Whatever you think you're going to pay- add another two month's rent. Then consider other properties.
