I am giving 3 stars only for Ms. Dix and the maintenance crew. The issues that has placed me at this point is this, how can you not consider giving a grace period to people for as much money as these places cost, 2nd how do you not allow people to smoke (not a smoker) and they are paying all of this money to live and on top of that you say people can't grill, really it's a pandemic going on and we can't get to parks and forest preserves like usual, there should be some bend somewhere and last why do we need insurance if we can't smoke or grill aren't those things covered.
