The location is good, the neighborhood is nicely kept, and the leasing office and maintenance staff are very pleasant. The corporate management team is terrible. We have lived here for a little over a year and our apartment has flooded with sewer water about 5 times, each time our apartment was a stinky mess for 2-3 days. We're afraid to put anything in our dining room because it'll probably get ruined. Not only have they not apologized for the inconvenience this has caused or fixed the problem but they also had the nerve to raise our rent $125 per month when our renewal came up. We are not in a position to move right now so we're kind of stuck. I do not recommend anyone ever rent here!
