great location, 5 min driving proximity to whole foods, costco, japanese market, as well as tons of great japanesee restaurants. friendly staff, caring and responsible. the town house we live in is also in great condition. follow up review after moving out: We moved out after a year, what we found out is they have tons of hidden fees that they did not disclose explicitly when we moved in (of course they are all in the lease, they will tell you while smirking, if you read page 54 item 6.8 line 67 etc...). We were charged nearly $800 in total, for things like nail holes in the wall, or scratch on the counter-top...it's like they are charging people for their rental property depreciation...what a brilliant business model! I still think they have friendly staff and nice location though, but everything else is not worth the premium price they charge. Beware! Read all the reviews from other people and you will know I'm not alone...
