Miss a payment by 1 day and it's an $80 non refundable fee. I paid on the second missed day and was still charged another 60$ for that day. Besides their outrageous late fees, I actually love the place and have had very little problems. Michelle at the front desk is very accommodating and always has a smile on her face. I would give the place 5 stars if they weren't so unforgiving when you miss rent by a day or two.
