The living space for the apartment is great there's no complaints ,everything is to our liking as far as that goes but the biggest issue here is the ceilings, you hear everything your upstairs neighbor does walking around .. Bouncing balls ,children running around ,the floors creak when our neighbors walk through their apartment and we've complained a few times to management and nothing changed , they only told us that we should be good neighbors. Other than that yes there are only 4 washers and dryers you do have to find a good time to wash clothes during the day or late at night. Great appliances in the kitchen. So far we've liked evrything except our upstairs neighbor. A.c. works great and heat does too water temp is fine. Move out costs are ridiculous - I hope no one ever moves into apt 103 bldg 28 as long as those upstairs neighbors are still there , they will drive you nuts-- they never leave their apartment !!!
